We are currently assisting one of our top healthcare system partners with a need for an experienced RN Case Manager with Inpatient/Hospital based experience.
40 hours/week (4 x 10 hour shifts)
8:00a.m.-6:00p.m.
Requires 2 years current or recent inpatient RN Case Management experience, including discharge planning.
