Great opportunity for an experienced Home Health VNA RN who may be interested in working on the inpatient side of Case Management. Hospital based, no travel in the field required. Specific training needed will be provided for the right candidate.
Position: RN - Registered Nurse - Case Management
Location: Weymouth, MA
Shift: Days
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, every other weekend rotation
Minimum 2 years Home Care VNA experience
Must have previous discharge planning experience and home equipment set up
Inpatient hospital experience not required!
