Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in the Melrose/Winchester/Woburn/Stoneham/Burlington MA areas. This position may include doing both in home and facility visits.
Requires minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency.
Primary nurse provides quality nursing care to identified Hospice patients. The scope of the primary Hospice RN includes direct patient care, coordination of patient and patient advocacy. Patient includes the individual, family/significant other and community. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying.
Full-time, Monday-Friday.
No weekends or on-call required!
Excellent pay rates with mileage reimbursement.
