Well established home care agency has a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager to see patients in homes in a coverage territory to include the Blue Bell, PA area and surrounding towns.
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Full-time contract
No weekends or holidays!
Great pay rate (up to $62.00/hour) with IRS mileage reimbursement
Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
