Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Medical Social Worker to see patients in their homes in and around the Norton/Taunton/Dedham/Wrentham, MA area.
Full-time, Monday-Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
No on-call or weekends required!
Great pay plus mileage reimbursement
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Medical Social Worker reports to the Clinical Manager and is responsible for planning and providing supportive services to terminally ill patients and families. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying.
Requirements:
Current MA LICSW
Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Social Worker experience in a Medicare Certified agency.
Hospice experience preferred.
Must be comfortable participating in a collaborative/team environment.
