Currently assisting one of our top home care & hospice agency partners with a need for a Hospice RN to manage a caseload of patients in their homes. The coverage area would be in the Kingston, Norwell, Pembroke, MA and surrounding areas.
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.
No weekends, holidays, or on-call required

Requires:
Minimum 1 year current or recent Hospice RN Case Manager experience with a Medicare Certified agency.
