Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Hospice RN for a 32 hour weekend position to see patients in the Natick/Framingham/Worcester and may extend down to Wrentham MA area. This position may include doing both in home and facility visits.
Requires minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency.
Primary nurse provides quality nursing care to identified Hospice patients. The scope of the primary Hospice RN includes direct patient care, coordination of patient and patient advocacy. Patient includes the individual, family/significant other and community. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying.

Friday-8 hours
Saturday-12 hours
Sunday-12 hours
*32 hours guaranteed weekly
