Currently seeking an experienced LPN for one of our top hospice agency partners with coverage needs in the Boston, MA area.
Full-time, Monday-Friday. No weekends required.
Excellent hourly pay rates and full benefits package available.
Role and responsibilities include but not limited to:
The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care, and patient advocacy assistance in the coordination of care through communication with the multidisciplinary team and with the RN Case Manager.
Must be comfortable with end of life care.
**Requires Minimum 1 year current/recent Hospice LPN experience**
