The Hospice Clinical Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the hospice agency. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in hospice nursing with progressive management experience.

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years Hospice RN Case Management experience with demonstrated leadership experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
