Currently assisting one of our top hospice agency partners with a need for an experienced Hospice Clinical Director based in their Boston, MA area office.
The Hospice Clinical Director is responsible for the delivery of hospice services and supervises all Hospice team members.
The Hospice Clinical Director is responsible for the delivery of hospice services and supervises all Hospice team members. Oversees QAPI, education, staff direct reports, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Monday-Friday.
Some hybrid work time may be considered.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Hospice RN Case Management experience
2 years recent or current Hospice Supervisory/Management experience with a Medicare Certified agency
Knowledge of Hospice care as it relates to federal, state and regulatory policy and procedures
Registered Nurse MA license
