Territory coverage needs would be for the Edgecombe and Nash county areas.

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
Requires minimum 1-2 years of recent Home Health RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
