Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in and around the Chambersburg/Mercersburg/Waynesboro (Franklin County), PA area.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
No weekends, on-call or holidays required!

Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
