Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Full-time, Contract
40 hours guaranteed weekly
No weekends or holidays required
Competitive pay plus IRS mileage reimbursement
Local hourly rates or up to $2,500 weekly gross Travel packages.
Requires minimum of 1 year recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
