Currently we are seeking a full-time Home Care RN to manage a caseload of patients in the Newton, MA area.
The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, occasional weekends.
*** Requires a minimum of 1 year current/recent Home Care RN Case Management experience with a Medicare certified agency. ***
