Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in the Worcester/Shrewsbury, MA, area.
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Occasional on-call may be required
***Requires minimum 2 years recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.****
