Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage Territory to include in and around the Salem/Marblehead/Beverly/Swampscott, MA area.
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Full-time, Contract
Every 6th weekend rotation
Highly competitive pay rates with IRS mileage reimbursement
The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare Certified agency.
