Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in and around the Lillington, NC area.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Occasional on-call
No weekends, holidays required!
Competitive payrates with mileage reimbursement
Consolidated territory, less travel
Requires minimum 2 years of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
