Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in and around the Arlington/Lexington/Waltham/Watertown, MA area and surrounding towns.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
No weekends, on-call or holidays required!
Competitive payrates with mileage reimbursement
Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
