We are currently seeking an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist to care for patients in the Fort Meyers/Lehigh Acres/Cape Coral, FL area.
Requires 1-2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Previous Home Care experience doing visits in a Medicare certified agency preferred.
