We are currently seeking an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist to care for patients in the Chelmsford, MA and surrounding area.
***Requires 1 year of recent Home Care Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits in Home Health with a Medicare certified agency. **
Excellent pay rates! Annual Salary Range $100,000-$115,000
No holidays or on-call required.
