We are currently seeking an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist to care for patients in the Chelmsford, MA and surrounding area.
Requires 1 year of recent Home Care Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits in Home Health with a Medicare certified agency.
Must have a minimum of one year Travel RN experience.
No holidays, weekends or on-call required.
