Currently we are assisting one of our top agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist.
Coverage needs primarily in and around the Brockton, MA area and surrounding towns.
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Shorter works weeks considered
No weekends or holidays required!

Consolidated territory, less travel
Requires minimum of 1 year recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
