Community Health Network (CHN) is currently assisting a top health system partner with the following exciting new Pilot Program opportunity for an experienced RN with Behavioral Health and/or Psychiatric nursing experience.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing to be part of a Home Hospital (BHH) Research Program — an innovative model of care offering hospital-level psychiatric treatment in the home setting.

Territory:Â Home visits in the greater Boston area.
Hours: 4–10-hour Day shifts (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate:Â Highly competitive hourly pay rates and benefits available
Type:Â 13-week contracts (Travel or Local)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-person psychiatric nursing care to patients twice daily in their homes or designated living spaces.
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress.
Administer and monitor medications per the clinical protocol, ensuring safety and accuracy.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary psychiatric care team (psychiatrist, psychologist, social workers, and aides) to coordinate and adjust care plans as needed.
Qualifications:
Current MA Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing (required).
Minimum 3 years of psychiatric, behavioral health, or inpatient mental health nursing experience.
Experience providing community-based, home health, or acute psychiatric care strongly preferred.
Knowledge of crisis management, medication administration, and behavioral health protocols.
Strong clinical judgment, independence, and adaptability in home or non-traditional care settings.
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
CPR certification required
