Assessment RN
The Assessment RN will conduct in-person assessments and relevant screenings to determine clinical needs in an assigned territory. Great opportunity for an experienced Home Care RN looking for a change.
• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours/week
• 13 week contract (possibility of extension)
• Pay rates up to $65.00/hourÂ
PAID Training is provided
Travel territories determined by where you reside, 30-45 mile radius.
Requires: Minimum 1-2 years RN experience in the Home setting, MDS assessments, or related Community Based Care.
