Exciting opportunity for a Home Care RN with prior critical care RN experience to work on a Home Hospital team in the North shore area of MA. This is a model Home Hospital program for the country and provides the best of both worlds in terms of Home Care and Acute Care Nursing. Higher acuity patients are able to be cared for in their homes providing safe and better outcomes.
This unique program requires home visits for a territory that is north of Boston. Time is spent in both the hospital and in patient homes. Full details provided for qualified applicants.
Work with a collaborative team led by a Nurse Practitioner.
3-12 hour DAY shifts
Occasional weekends may be required
No on-call
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year current ER, ICU, Urgent Care, or related experience.
Home Care (Home Health RN) experience
Must have strong IV skills
Excellent pay rates!
