Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in and around the Woburn/Burlington, MA area and surrounding towns.
Open to full-time and part-time opportunities
No weekends, on-call or holidays required!
Competitive payrates with mileage reimbursement
Consolidated territory, less travel
Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
